Apple Pi Robotics demonstrates “Little Foot” to Girl Scout Troop

On the evening of December 18th, the Apple Pi Robotics team talked with the local Guilford Girl Scout troop about FIRST Robotics, plans for the upcoming season and provided a demonstration of “Little Foot” – last years competition robot. The audience, largely 8th graders, had many good questions concerning the building of the robot, the FIRST competition and how the team worked together. Several Girl Scouts also got a chance to drive and control the robot at the end of the presentation.
